The benefits of joining NZHEA are as follows:

• Professional development and support – through a biennial conference, regional workshops, seminars and courses planned for teachers at all levels.  Provides an opportunity to share ideas and information with other health educators.
• NZHEA magazine – currently 3 or 4 times a year and free to download for members.  It includes effective practice, information about health education initiatives, national and international research articles and resource information and reviews.
• Website – www.healtheducation.org.nz , includes information on professional development programmes, resource downloads, upcoming events, and useful links to other sites.
• Resources – access to a wide range of useful and relevant information and resources.
